I was born and raised in Dunedin, the quaint town just north of Clearwater. I live in Clearwater with my wife, two young children, and my father. I’ve been involved with vacation rentals for over 12 years—starting with cleaning and reservations, moving to full-time reservations, and now owning my own vacation home in Indian Rocks Beach called Bikini Beachhouse. I love meeting guests from all over the world and helping them find the perfect place to stay.
I’m a cohost, not a property manager. Owners host their homes, and as a cohost I treat each home like my own—helping with day‑to‑day care, gathering guest feedback, and supporting owners in getting the best return on their investment. I’m available 24/7 to owners and guests to ensure every stay is enjoyable.
